Neben Best\u00e4tigung oder Ausschluss eines klinischen Verdachts gibt die Neurophysiologie eine diagnostische Pr\u00e4zisierung \u00fcber Verortung, Art und Schwere der Verletzung und zeigt Ver\u00e4nderungen auf, die sich klinisch nicht manifestieren.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bereich arbeitet\u00a0 eng mit den Abteilungen Neurologie, Neurochirurgie, Psychiatrie und Reha zusammen, sowie mit allen \u00fcbrigen Fachrichtungen. Zu den Leistungen geh\u00f6ren u.a. die konventionelle Elektromyographie, die Elektromyographie bestimmter Muskeln (Atem-, Kehlkopf-, \u00e4u\u00dfere Augen-, Gesichts-, Sphinkter-\u00a0 und Schlundmuskeln) sowie die quantitative Elektromyographie.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bereich verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Ger\u00e4te, die internationalen Standard haben und mit denen die unterschiedlichsten auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des einzelnen Patienten abgestimmten elektrophysiologischen Verfahren durchgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen.
